STAIN TREATMENT GUIDE
Fuller Brush is your 9-1-1 for Stain Removal
Stains happen. It's a fact of life. When they do, Fuller Brush has a product to help remove over 50 stubborn stains--from grease to chocolate to fruit juice. This guide will show you which products work best for your stain.
GENERAL PROCEDURES
1. Act quickly. Generally stains are easier to remove when fresh.
2. Scoop and scrape solids or blot liquids as much as physically possible.
3. For carpets, vacuum solids and wet vac liquids, if needed.
4. If the carpet is under warranty, call the manufacturer's hot line for
the correct stain removal procedures, to maintain valid warranty. If no
warranty exists, proceed to the next step.
5. Find correct stain remover products from the guide below. Follow
steps 6 through 9 for each of the products in order.
6. Specific product procedures are listed on the containers. Pretest
product in an inconspicuous spot.
7. Scrub gently to prevent harming the fabric or carpet. Work from outer
edges inward.
8. Some stains will require treatment using more than one remover. For these
stains, repeat steps 6 and 7 in the recommended sequence.
9. Carpet: Allow to dry and vacuum. Laundry: Launder with your favorite detergent according
to fabric directions. Recommended laundry products: Fuller 86 Liquid Laundry Detergent (#654),
Fuller Plus Liquid Laundry Detergent (#646)
10. If odor in carpeting persists, spray with Nature's Choice Odor Away (#610).
